Description
A National Monument, this celebrated building was, as also the Pool at Conceição Farm, initiated by Fernando Távora’s studio. Carefully inserted in the dramatic rocks of Boa Nova, it has a large roof softly tilted that unifies the many elements of the house. Equally noticeable is the access path that shows the young Siza in full command of a theme dear to the tradition of architecture, whether it’s modern or classic. Have also in account the indoor elaborate constructions and spatial work that is the peak of a building that proves a precocious talent.
