Description
This is the first tower designed by Agostinho Ricca. Built by the bank Montepio Geral as a form of investment, this is one of the high buildings that started to appear in Porto in the 1960s. Even though today the nearby constructions have taken its “tower-like” nature, we should underline the articulation of its forms, the quality of the indoor spaces and the composition of the ceramic coating of the facade. Take into account the access, the apartments and the building’s coverage.
